Made for the way Quebec childcare works
Daycare software from the United States or Europe does not know what a CPE is, how the reduced contribution works or when the Relevé 24 is due. Bellegestion was designed in Quebec for Quebec services de garde, so those rules are already built in:
- Relevé 24 (RL-24). Parents need it for the Quebec tax credit for childcare expenses. Bellegestion produces the slips from the payments you recorded during the year and files them electronically with Revenu Québec using certified software. Parents find their slip in their account and in the app.
- Attendance records. Every check-in and check-out feeds the child’s attendance record, with absences and closures, ready when you are asked for them.
- Occupancy for subsidized daycares. Month-by-month occupancy and grant forecasts for CPEs and subsidized garderies.
- Quebec payroll. Deductions, pay stubs, direct deposit, T4 and RL-1 summaries and the record of employment, in the Complet plan.
- Daycare life. Incident reports, a medication log, daily routines, and a TV display at the entrance with the menu and announcements.
Bilingual, for your team and your parents
Many Quebec daycares have English-speaking families, and some have English-speaking staff. Bellegestion works in French and in English, so each person can use the language they are comfortable with. Pricing: per child, lower as you grow
You pay for enrolled children, not for places or modules. The first 30 children are at the full rate, the next 30 at half price, and every child after 60 costs even less.
